I reported to the president of this $60M wood-frame building manufacturing company. I was responsible for both top level strategy and, as a member of the president's staff, participated
in planning and management of the overall business. Business consists of four regional businesses, each with manufacturing operations. I left during a change in management. Managed staff of 7 employees plus consultants.


Personally developed pioneering Lester Net E-Commerce system which distributors view as a leading technology in the industry: used LotusScript in a Lotus Notes environment.

Developed and managed Help Desk to provide phone support for distributors using Lotus Notes and Lester Net.

Full life cycle development of two major sales and marketing applications, using Lotus Notes formula language:

Economically transferred all mid-range legacy systems (Unisys) to client/server network.

In the late 1980's, led corporation's first adoption of client/server networking.

I reported to the deputy group executive of this $600M fertilizer
mining, manufacturing, distribution and retail business. I was
responsible for IT planning and strategy for the business and
several subsidiaries. I left due to dissolution of the

I reported to the senior vice president of this $40M engineering
consulting firm. I was initially responsible for department
